I remember Marie as a pretty and fun redheaded friend who was a delightful girly girl :)  We had so much fun in some very formative years and I will always treasure the memories of Marie during grade school and on into high school.  A beauty with a bibbly joy.  sigh......

Marie always sat next to me in home room because of our names.  I remember her as being so lively and animated, and she had a great flirtatious way of tossing all that red hair around.  Sorry I won't be seeing you at reunion, homeroom buddy.  :-(

Marie Moore Green was one of my best friends in childhood, along with our mutual friend Sara Luke - who also died too young (at 16). Marie was a very smart, pretty redhead. Her family lived near me on French Road. We were in Girl Scouts together andwe  both played flute in Junior High under the direction of Luke Parisi. Marie was the leader type - a real go-getter. She ended up studying the then new computer field in college, obtained a Master's degree, and lived and worked in New England. We got back in touch at the time of her diagnosis and found that we had children of similar ages. She fought a valiant battle against breast cancer and has been missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace, my friend...

To Marie,

What can I say but thank-you for being my friend. We lived next door to each other and we always had a common thread.....life and living it to it's fullest....

Marie was such a great person and such a great mom and spouse. Her life ended far to soon. I miss her so much yet her enthusiasm for life still remains....Love you Marie

Ditto to Annetes Comments above, she always brought sunshine where ever she was.

I remember being at a seventh-grade sleepover party with Marie. She was very pretty and lots of fun. I do remember that long red hair of hers, those freckles, and her sunny spirit. She died much too young.
